In Part-1 of Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan announcements, government announced measures for Businesses / MSMEs, who have been severely hit by Covid-19, need additional funding to meet operational liabilities built up, buy raw material and restart business.

  • ₹ Lakh crores Collateral free Automatic Loans for Businesses, including MSMEs
  • ₹ 20,000 crores Subordinate Debt for Stressed MSMEs
  • ₹ 50,000 crores equity infusion for MSMEs through Fund of Funds
  • New definition of MSMEs
  • Global tender to be disallowed up to ₹ 200 crores
  • ₹ 2500 crores EPF support for Business & Workers for 3 more months
  • EPF contribution reduced for Business & Workers for 3 months - ₹ 6750 crores Liquidity Support
  • ₹ 30,000 crores Special Liquidity Scheme for NBFCs / HFCs / MFIs
  • ₹ 45,000 crores Partial Credit Guarantee Scheme 2.0 for NBFCs
  • ₹ 90,000 crores Liquidity Injection for DISCOMs
