Government of India, as a part of Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan, made changes in definition of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in India. Earlier, the MSMEs were defined on the basis of investments put in, now the revised definitions will also include turnover of the company.
Government of India has released gazette notification for new Criteria for classification of micro, small and medium enterprises.
